What we collect
• Team registration: team name and details, the team representative's name, email, phone, messenger and position, number of players, coaches and companions, accommodation needs, comments and invoice details. • Rosters on the website: for children only first name and last-name initial, number, position and age group. We do not publish dates of birth or other unnecessary personal data of children. • Photos and videos taken at league games. • Technical data and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies.
Why and on what basis
• Organising the championship, communication with teams and invoicing — performance of the agreement and legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(b), (f)). • Publishing results, rosters, photos and videos of the event — legitimate interest in covering a public sports event; consent where required. You can ask us to remove a specific photo at any time. • Analytics and marketing cookies — your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw in "Cookie settings". • Accounting records — legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)).
Who receives the data
Hosting and email providers, the accountant, and partners of the event only when needed to provide services (e.g. accommodation). We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Registration data — up to 3 years after the season; accounting documents — 7 years as required by the Estonian Accounting Act; results, statistics and media — as part of the league archive.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data and object to processing: info@hokiliiga.ee. You may also contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
